Please note – All international orders are shipped without customs, duties and taxes included within the item price or shipping cost. When placing an international order, by default the customer agrees to any applicable customs, duties or taxes levied by your destination country.

Unfortunately Unlike Humans cannot provide calculations of these charges or cover them for our customers. Any fees added will be collected by the chosen carrier at the point of delivery. If unsure, we recommend customer check with local customs offices as to what charges may occur before ordering.

We will try to ensure that orders placed Monday-Friday before 3.00 PM GMT will begin processing that day and dispatched via our courier for a next working day delivery. This, however, is not guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that take longer than this time frame, due to circumstances beyond our control. This excludes bank holidays and will pend availability and credit verification.

All orders placed after 3.00PM GMT will begin processing the next business day, and possibly start shipping within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM GMT will begin processing on the following Monday. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Android Homme Customer Service will contact you by email.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the website.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from unlikehumans.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, and the cost of returning the package to Unlike Humans. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Different Billing and Shipping

Unlike Humans uses several measures to protect you from fraud. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. If these addresses do not match, a customer service representative will contact the cardholder to verify the order legitimacy prior to it being processed. In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses Military and P.O. boxes:
Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is NOT available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses.
